Finely chop the cucumber and the dill.
In a medium bowl add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill, and garlic
powder to the Greek Yogurt.
Mix with a spoon until all ingredients are incorporated. Add the cucumber
and mix again. The sauce will be chunky and thick.
TZATZIKI GREEK YOGURT DIP

16 ounces Greek Yogurt (2 cups)
1 cucumber (seeded and finely diced)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon juiced
2 tbsp dill chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
